Silvia’s Gymnastic Parent Association (SGPA) is a registered non-profit organization operated and managed by the parents/guardians of the gymnasts training at Silvia’s gymnastics. The purpose of SGPA is to support the training of the gymnast and to defer the cost of the competition season. Financial support, through fundraising, has become our main focus. Our competitive gymnasts range in age from 6 to 17 years. Many have successfully competed in state, regional, and national competitions, often placing first on individual events and in the all-around competition. The girls train up to 5 days 20-24 hours each week. The girls are extremely dedicated to gymnastics and train throughout the entire year. Competitive gymnastics is a year around sport requiring mental and physical determination.

The girls’ competitive season starts in October and concludes in May. Competitions are generally held on Saturdays and/or Sundays. A tentative schedule of upcoming competitions is given in the beginning of the season. Our girls participate in reputable competitions and invitational's occasionally taking us out of the state.
